The GLB Team is a premiere staff of engineering specialists with over 50 years of combined energy & lighting solutions experience. We help our customers achieve their energy goals allowing them to increase profit and grow the bottom line.


GLB Enterprises LLC (GLB), headquartered in Birmingham, AL and is a verified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).  We are an Energy Management Consulting and Support Services firm.  We help clients resolve their most complex energy problems and achieve performance excellence by implementing our suite of products and services.

GLB is organized into three distinct business units:  LED Lighting, Solar Sales, Planning and Operations for ClearWorld Products, and Energy and Environmental Data Analytics.

George Borgh

President & CEO

George is an experienced C Level Executive with over 30 years of increased management accountability and responsibility.  He served as a career Army Officer and then worked for AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya in Europe, Middle East and Africa.  He is an accomplished Networks and Communications Industry Executive.  While at Siemens and Philips, he acquired the management skills and knowledge in Energy and Sustainability Products and Solutions.  His international and domestic assignments combine to yield a seasoned corporate leader.

Susan Lynn Warren

VP Marketing & Operations 

Sue is an experienced Corporate executive with over 25 years of Operational and Marketing leadership.  Having worked in the Legal, Healthcare and Commercial Industry fields, she has shown an ability to perform with increasing levels of responsibility.  Her last company, Siemens Enterprise Communications (Unify) she was the C Suite Operations Office Management Lead and worked with the CEO, COO, CMO and other SVP Executives

Ron Thomas, FAICP

Lead Consultant, Planning and Design

Ron Thomas is the on the faculty of the Planning Program at the College of Environment & Design (CED), University of Georgia. He is the former executive director of the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission (NIPC 2000-­‐‑2008) where he refocused the NIPC mission on providing more direct assistance to local communities based on their diverse planning, development, and
environmental issues.

His career work includes a range of planning issues such as land use, environment, housing, transportation (especially context sensitive design), economic development and many urban design and quality of life programs.
